The MiniMax system can be used either for shot dispensing or injection of products.

Product dispensing can be activated by the operator using a foot pedal or other switch, or controlled automatically by the PLC. The simple, reliable design utilizes high precision gear pumps and variable frequency drives. The system is calibrated for your specific product, for the perfect shot size every time.

Injection systems enable a constant metered flow of additive, colorant, etc. to be injected into even a very high-pressure, high-viscosity stream. We offer many designs of injection tips and nozzles, which can be customized to suit your process.

The Mix Head or Injection Heads can be built with a X/Y/Z robotic dispensing arm to allow for programmable pattern dispensing. Various models are available.

Like all Mahr systems, the MiniMax is suitable for both lab/R&D use and full production. Each system is custom-built, and will be scaled to suit your needs. The MiniMax system can be as simple or as automated as your process requires. Refer to MahrMax for more information on available packages.
