MarMax Systems can be easily programmed to integrate with existing equipment. The control panel contains the electronics and PLC to communicate with a touchscreen operator interface. The unit sends and receive control signals to start and stop the metering system according to process requirements. Flow rates and mix ratios can be quickly and easily changed via the touchscreen.

In addition, the machine can be set up for remote monitoring, or even remote operation, through an Ethernet connection. Log files can be recorded and accessed through the panel, the network, or a serial or USB port. All of the panel functions can be password-protected in order to prevent unauthorized users from changing critical settings.

Every MarMax system is custom built, so any necessary product treatments are considered in the design of the system. This means that temperature control, pressure control, agitators, degassers, dryers, and other treatments will be included in the price of your unit up front, without added expenses.
