LV and HV drum metering systems offer precision metering and transfer, directly from the storage source of the product. Viscosities ranging from 1 to over 2,000,000 centipoise can be metered, at pressures up to 5000 psi. Multiple streams can be mixed, with automation of all controls available. Ideal for silicones, colorants, or almost any fluid products that require accurate delivery.

Shot Dispensing

The MiniMax system is designed to mix and dispense shots in a start/stop mode. The shots can be measured by length of time or volume dispensed, and can be triggered manually or automatically, with accurate shot sizes well below 1 gram possible. Custom designed robotics are also available.

Single-stream versions of our MahrMax and MiniMax systems are also useful for extrusion injection & color injection applications.
